Ryan Puckett
CEO & Founder
Ryan Puckett, originally from Oklahoma, relocated to Chicago in his early 20s to kickstart his career as a Data Center Engineer. With over 15 years of experience, Ryan has developed deep expertise in Data Center Operations, having worked for industry giants such as Microsoft, JPMC, New Relic, and Salesforce. His experience also includes supporting high-frequency trading environments, where precision and speed are paramount.
Ryan's passion for technology was sparked at a young age, inspired by his entrepreneurial grandfather, who founded a remote hands provider specializing in nationwide printer repair in the 1990s. This early influence drove Ryan to pursue a path where innovation and entrepreneurship intersect.
As the founder of Introl, Ryan leads with a commitment to innovation, speed, and delivering exceptional service. He leads the executive team, focusing on Service Delivery, ensuring that company objectives are met, the strategic vision is maintained, and clients consistently receive top-tier products and services. Mauricio Pichardo
CFO
Mauricio Pichardo, a California native, now leads People, Finance, Strategy, and Risk Functions as CFO of Introl. He holds a BS in Economics from Penn State and an MBA with a focus in Finance and Strategy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Mauricio is a former executive at Lyft and Block, and an operations leader at Enova, having started his career as an analyst at Capital One and PNC. Additionally, he built and led a successful real estate development firm before seizing the opportunity to help Introl realize its full potential. His passion for development and talent for scaling businesses ensure he achieves that goal.
Bill Williams
Head of Sales
Bill Williams, an accomplished people leader and technology veteran, is our Head of Sales. Bill has more than 25 years of experience in IT deployment, IT management, systems engineering, technical sales, and sales management.
Bill’s proven track record of delivering results, building strong stakeholder relationships, and leading high-performance teams in a competitive and dynamic market will directly contribute to Introl’s future growth. As a long-time leader in the data center space at Cisco Systems, Bill was instrumental in taking new products from zero dollars in revenue to $200M and beyond.
Bill holds a U.S. Patent for content networking, is an accomplished public speaker, and a published author. He has written widely about the economic and business benefits of cloud technologies and is passionate about customer satisfaction, clean tech innovation, and ethical and responsible profitability.
He holds an MBA from The Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, and masters degrees from Harvard Divinity School and Warren Wilson College in Swannanoa, North Carolina.
Andrew Amble
VP of Business Development
Andrew Amble brings 15 years of business development and customer relations experience to his role as VP of Business Development at Introl. Based in Chicago, Andrew continues to grow a strong professional network, tackling new challenges at every stop while leveraging his background in Applied Engineering and Technology Systems Management.
With previous roles at companies like AutoFi, FCA, and Santander Consumer USA, Andrew has honed his skills in solution based selling, especially at the executive level. At Introl, he focuses on driving growth in GPU deployment and identifying new business opportunities.
His expertise in understanding client needs and aligning them with Introl’s GPU infrastructure makes him a key player in expanding the company’s presence across the industry.
Oleh Hretskyi
Head of Field Support
Oleh Hretskyi is a versatile and driven Network Operations specialist with expertise in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and Human Resources processes. As head of Field Support at Introl, he handles ticket management, team collaboration, and process optimization.
He has a diverse professional background, including software quality assurance, DevOps, real estate appraisal, and corporate training. With a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Ternopil Academy of National Economy, Oleh excels in leadership, technical operations, and human resource management across various industries.
Mykola Kulyk
Head of Field Services
Mykola is the Head of Field Services at Introl. Originally from Ukraine, he has a diverse background, holding a degree in Dentistry from Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University. Mykola began his career in dentistry in Ukraine and explored real estate in the USA before transitioning into the IT/tech industry, where he has gained two years of experience.
In his current role, Mykola focuses on team and project management, overseeing field services to ensure successful project delivery. His expertise in leading teams and managing complex projects contributes significantly to the success of Introl's operations.
